You will deliver strategic change initiatives, support transformation projects, and ensure robust, customer-first solutions in an agile environment.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver prioritised change initiatives on the within company's roadmap across multiple internal and external systems Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve queries efficiently and deliver customer-focused solutions Support BA functions across parallel projects, coaching other team members where required Analyse business requirements, recommend solutions, and document to required standards Work closely with project stakeholders on transformational and compliance changes, with a focus on testing cycles Requirements: 3+ years' experience in a Business Analyst role, ideally in banking sphere Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills Experience in problem-solving and change management across multiple functions Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills Experience formulating and executing Business Acceptance Testing strategies Knowledge of cards products and processing desirable If you're interested in this position, apply within the link provided or contact Tom at Reperio Reperio Human Capital acts as an Employment Agency and an Employment Business.
