Description:
Leading financial services organisation seeking a Business Analyst to join the a fast paced & success oreinted team. You will deliver strategic change initiatives, support transformation projects, and ensure robust, customer-first solutions in an agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver prioritised change initiatives on the within company's roadmap across multiple internal and external systems
Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve queries efficiently and deliver customer-focused solutions
Support BA functions across parallel projects, coaching other team members where required
Analyse business requirements, recommend solutions, and document to required standards
Work closely with project stakeholders on transformational and compliance changes, with a focus on testing cycles
Requirements:
3+ years' experience in a Business Analyst role, ideally in banking sphere
Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
Experience in problem-solving and change management across multiple functions
Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills
Experience formulating and executing Business Acceptance Testing strategies
Knowledge of cards products and processing desirable
