Base pay range

Salary: Up to €80K DOE

Location: Dublin/ Remote

Due to our clients expansion we are looking for a Marketing Manager to join the Marketing Department. The Marketing Manager will lead their brand strategy across both digital and on-site platforms. This person will be responsible for driving social media presence, ensuring brand protection, and collaborating with all departments, including the HR team to align recruitment strategies to employer branding. This role will also involve close cooperation with their in-house Graphic Designer to ensure consistent and compelling brand representation.

Another key responsibility will be monitoring competitor activities and adapting our strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
  • 3-5 years experience in marketing with a strong focus on social media management, branding and digital content strategy.
  • Prior experience in the construction sector is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Proven ability to manage social media campaigns and protect brand integrity across multiple platforms.
  • Strong understanding of competitor analysis and market research techniques.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and cross functional collaboration.
  • Brand protection and digital asset management.
  • Collaboration with graphic design and creative teams.
  • Event planning and execution.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite / Canva / WordPress, or photography is a bonus.
