What you will do:
  • Review and evaluate content created by AI models to ensure it's natural, accurate, and useful in your language.

  • Collaborate with linguists across different languages to share feedback and suggest improvements.
  • Identify language patterns and help guide how our models respond to users.
  • Create clear, language-specific instructions and evaluation guides.
  • Review and validate the quality of data used to train and assess AI performance.
  • Help maintain consistency and trust in evaluations by checking samples for quality and accuracy.
  • Contribute to meaningful improvements in how AI understands and uses your language.
What we are looking for:
  • A degree in Linguistics or a related field (Master's or PhD is a plus).

  • Native-level fluency in German or Italian, with deep understanding of grammar, tone, and cultural context.
  • A keen eye for detail and a love for language structure, syntax, and semantics.
  • Strong communication skills - both written and verbal.
  • Ability to think critically and spot patterns or inconsistencies in language use.
  • Experience with language research or working in tech/NLP is a bonus, but not required.
  • Familiarity with tools like Python is a plus, but not necessary - we care more about your linguistic expertise.
