If you're a native speaker of German or Italian and love working with language, this role might be the perfect fit. What you will do:

- Review and evaluate content created by AI models to ensure it's natural, accurate, and useful in your language.

- Collaborate with linguists across different languages to share feedback and suggest improvements.
- Identify language patterns and help guide how our models respond to users.
- Create clear, language-specific instructions and evaluation guides.
- Review and validate the quality of data used to train and assess AI performance.
- Help maintain consistency and trust in evaluations by checking samples for quality and accuracy.
- Contribute to meaningful improvements in how AI understands and uses your language.

What we are looking for:

- A degree in Linguistics or a related field (Master's or PhD is a plus).

- Native-level fluency in German or Italian, with deep understanding of grammar, tone, and cultural context.
- A keen eye for detail and a love for language structure, syntax, and semantics.
- Strong communication skills - both written and verbal.
- Ability to think critically and spot patterns or inconsistencies in language use.
- Experience with language research or working in tech/NLP is a bonus, but not required.
- Familiarity with tools like Python is a plus, but not necessary - we care more about your linguistic expertise.
