Overview

As an experienced BIM Manager, you will provide support and leadership to implement, develop, and manage a successful DPD strategy from pre-contract through to project delivery and handover. This is a full-time, permanent position based in our head office in Citywest. BIM documentation experience is crucial for this role.

Responsibilities
  • Support the pre-construction team with reviewing tender documents (including Works Information, EIR, etc.) to identify clients' BIM and digital requirements.
  • Provide technical review of 3D BIM models received at tender stage for federation, engineering checks, clash detection, logistics, and cost management.
  • Support the production and delivery of project BEP, MIDP, MPDT, and ensure internal project teams and external parties are fully aware of their responsibilities.
  • Lead the DPD kick-off meeting (jointly with the Information Manager) with the project management team to review and finalize the DPD strategy.
  • Support and mentor BIM Engineers as required.
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience working on multi-disciplinary projects with BIM Level 2 requirements.
  • BIM documentation experience is crucial for this role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; experience working with MS Office.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience utilizing Autodesk Revit, Viewpoints for Projects / Dalux (or similar CDE), Synchro Pro, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Lumion, and other rendering software packages.
  • Completed a third-level qualification in construction, computing, or a related discipline.
