At The Keadeen Hotel, we believe every guest deserves a great start to the day. We're looking for a talented Breakfast Chef to join our kitchen team on a part-time basis and help us deliver memorable mornings.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare, cook, and present breakfast to agreed standards.
  • Maintain food safety, hygiene, and allergen procedures at all times.
  • Manage stock rotation and assist with ordering supplies.
  • Keep kitchen areas clean and organised, meeting all health & safety guidelines.
  • Support the Executive Head Chef and wider team as needed.
About You
  • Previous experience as a breakfast or line chef (hotel or high-volume kitchen experience a plus).
  • Passion for fresh, high-quality food and a keen eye for presentation.
  • Strong understanding of HACCP and food safety regulations.
  • Reliable, organised, and able to work independently during early shifts.
  • Flexible and a great team player.

This is a part-time role with early-morning shifts, including weekends and public holidays on a rota basis. Flexibility to work any given day of the week is required.
