Senior Project Engineer (fit out) – Longford

DOE: 75k – 85k (includes company car and accommodation)

Company Overview:

A main contractor who has numerous projects throughout Ireland are seeking a Senior Project Engineer to support their team for pharma/industrial fit out type projects in Longford.

Job Summary:

  • Check plans and drawings to ensure all calculations are accurate.
  • Providing progress reports for the site management team & clients.
  • Supervising the Setting out, levelling and surveying the site.
  • Regular use of AutoCAD to check on site dimensions.
  • Liaising with sub-contractors & site managers.
  • Ensure all health & safety procedures are maintained.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • 7 + years' experience in setting out on construction sites.
  • Experience working on pharmaceutical and data centre projects.
  • Experience working on high value projects in Ireland or the Uk.
  • Experienced in the use of instruments (total station, GPS)
  • Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
