About The Team

Join a newly formed, diverse team within Workday's UI Platform group, impacting the future of AI-driven user experiences. You'll work on innovative projects like Workday Assistant, Agent Platform, and the Illuminate Program—key to Workday's strategic vision. This team is at the heart of our AI strategy

About The Role

As a Product Manager, you will shape the direction of our AI-powered user interfaces by defining strategic roadmaps, prioritizing initiatives, and translating user needs into product requirements. You will contribute to the product's vision, develop plans to meet goals efficiently, and influence product strategy by bringing your expertise and innovative ideas.

Responsibilities
  • Prioritize & develop roadmaps: Document and communicate plans clearly.
  • Problem Solving: Identify problems and define valuable, achievable solutions.
  • Communication: Convey complex ideas effectively.
  • Collaboration: Work with partners to achieve shared goals.
  • Strategy: Assess current product status, define future goals, and allocate resources efficiently.
  • Technical & Data Skills: Work comfortably in technical environments with engineering teams.
  • Perspective & Opinion: Bring expertise and propose innovative solutions to leadership.

About You

Basic Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of product management experience.
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application.
  • 5+ years experience with Scrum and agile methods.
  • 5+ years experience with SaaS products.

Other Qualifications:

  • Technologically inclined with attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working closely with engineering teams on complex projects.
