Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to the NEC4 ECC Project Supervisor in representing the interests of the client.
• The role holder may be required to monitor works carried out by the Design and Build Contractors.
• Witness testing.
• Check compliance with the scope.
• Ensure that all works are carried out in line with the quality defined in the scope and specifications documents.

Qualifications / Skills

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering (or equivalent).
• Relevant experience in construction management / supervision on road / infrastructure projects including reinforced concrete structures.
• Land surveying experience including setting out.
• Safepass accreditation is desirable.
• Chartered / Incorporated / Associate Engineer of a relevant professional body is desirable.
• Fully proficient in MS Office applications and other project tools and methodologies.
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create a collaborative culture across project teams.
• Ability to govern and drive outcomes to ensure high quality service delivery.
• Ability to deal with and resolve unforeseen risks and issues.
