Senior Project Engineer – Pharma/Industrial

Our client one of Ireland's leading Tier 1 contractors is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Engineer with a strong background in pharmaceutical or industrial construction projects. This is a key leadership role focused on quality, design coordination, and client engagement, with involvement in fit-out and BCAR compliance.
Responsibilities
- Lead engineering activities across pharma/industrial construction projects
- Oversee quality assurance and ensure compliance with BCAR regulations
- Coordinate design elements and contribute to fit-out planning and execution
- Liaise directly with clients to manage expectations and resolve technical issues
- Support project delivery from pre-construction through to handover
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Engineer or Senior Engineer in pharma or industrial builds
- Strong understanding of quality systems, BCAR, and design coordination
- Experience with fit-out packages and client-facing responsibilities
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Engineering degree or equivalent qualification
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: €75,000–€85,000 (DOE)
