Responsibilities
  • Clean and prepare guest rooms, bathrooms and common areas to hotel standards.
  • Replace bed linens, towels, toiletries and other amenities as required.
  • Dust, vacuum, mop and sanitize all assigned areas.
  • Report any maintenance issues, damages or lost & found items to the supervisor.
  • Ensure proper use of cleaning products and equipment.
  • Restock housekeeping trolleys with supplies and amenities.
  • Follow health, safety, and hygiene procedures at all times.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests for additional amenities or services.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning (preferred but not essential).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
