AA Euro Group are currently seeking a talented and motivated Civil Engineer to join our client's team for a road improvement project based in Togher, Cork.

Experience Level: 2–5 years
Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent
Responsibilities- Assist in the planning and execution of road improvement works, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Conduct site inspections, surveys, and supervision of daily activities.
- Interpret drawings, specifications, and construction details.
- Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and environmental requirements.
- Monitor progress and prepare reports for senior engineers and project managers.
- Resolve technical issues on-site and provide innovative engineering solutions.
- Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
- 2–5 years' experience in a similar civil engineering role, preferably with road or infrastructure projects.
- Good knowledge of current standards and regulations in civil engineering and roadworks.
- Experience with AutoCAD or other relevant design software is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Irish construction standards and road authority requirements.
- Experience working on public works contracts or with local authorities.
Salary: €60,000.00-€70,000.00 per year
