Access Talent Group is collaborating with an industry-leading engineering Consultancy in Cork, who are looking for a Civil Design Engineer to join their growing team.

In this role, you'll be expected to oversee your own projects with support from experienced Directors and a talented engineering team. You'll be responsible for a wide range of road and marine projects throughout Ireland, prepare tender submission proposals, client management, and business development, and guide and mentor junior team members.

Our client collaborates with top developers in Ireland's public and private sectors to provide premier civil, structural, and traffic engineering services across a range of projects. They're a team that values innovation and learning where you'll have the chance to help shape how we work, with a focus on continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.

Requirements:

- Experience in Ireland, the UK, or Europe is preferred.

- Strong technical engineering skills and problem-solving capabilities are required.

- Excellent communication skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, design teams, and contractors.

- Familiarity with civil engineering software like Civil 3D or drainage modeling software are necessary.
