IPS is seeking a seasoned and accomplished Senior Scheduler to be a pivotal part of our expanding Project Planning and Scheduling team, based on the outskirts of the bustling city of Dublin, Ireland. What You'll Do

• Develop, monitor, and update project plans & schedules encompassing the entire engineering, procurement, construction management, and validation (EPCMV) life cycle.
• Work in a highly collaborative and dynamic project environment.
• Analyse schedule input from project partners including clients, internal teams, vendors, and contractors to verify schedule durations and integrity as well as evaluate the logic
• and float paths. Integrate data into an overall master schedule.
• Make recommendations to manage float and (re)sequence activities to achieve project milestones/target dates.
• Collaborate with the team to support constructability and value engineering.
• Baseline schedules and document basis for approval.
• Monitor schedule progress, deviations, and variances and assess impacts on the critical/near-critical path activities.
• Assist in developing alternatives for corrective action.
• Performs job site walks to verify the physical progress of scheduled activities and analyze change orders for schedule impacts.
• Prepare schedule progress reports, trending charts, and schedule analysis.
• Collaborate with all groups to improve company processes, systems, and intellectual infrastructure to promote organizational learning and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field, construction management, or applicable experience.
• 10+ years of experience as a planner/scheduler on facilities capital projects.
• Demonstrated knowledge of engineering, procurement, construction management, and validation (EPCMV) processes. Understanding of engineering and construction
• methodologies and technical documentation.
• Ability to generate earned value, SPI, CPI, and other schedule metrics.
• Demonstrated expertise in the use of modern planning and scheduling principles, methodologies, techniques, and tools.
• Strong analytical and computer skills with demonstrated proficiency in Primavera P6 Planner, Microsoft Project & Office Suite programs.
• Occasional travel may be required as projects are being executed across the EMEA region.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the pharma/biotech industry.
• Knowledge of vPlan, BIM 360, and other visual & collaborative planning tools.
