Overview

Corporate Finance Associate Director – Infrastructure & Renewable Energy - Dublin

This role focuses on provision of Corporate Finance advice across infrastructure and renewable energy sectors, with emphasis on projects in both the public and private sectors and advisory work within the Infrastructure and Renewable Energy sectors.

Responsibilities
  • Mergers, buyouts and disposals – buying and selling businesses and assets in the infrastructure sector
  • PPPs – advising public and private clients on procurement and funding of infrastructure assets through PPP
  • Business planning & business case – strategic matters and client-specific advice
  • Strategic advisory – varied client-specific strategic guidance
  • Procurement – advising on procurement of infrastructure assets across different contracting and procurement models
  • Understanding client requirements, co-developing the approach with the client, and delivering value through insights and advice
  • Reviewing financial models under supervision and contributing to preliminary conclusions
  • Gathering, verifying and analysing information to formulate views
Qualifications

ACA, ACCA qualification and/or Level 9 Masters equivalent; at least 7–8 years in Corporate Finance, with 2 years in the relevant sector.
