We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Director to join our Corporate Finance team in Dublin. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate finance, with expertise in mergers and acquisitions, financial modeling, and client relationship management.

The role involves working closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop strategic solutions to drive growth and profitability. Key responsibilities include:

  • Researching and identifying corporate transactions and financing opportunities across markets">
  • Developing proposals on behalf of clients, including detailed financial models and analysis">
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including SMEs, corporates, private equity investors, and banks">
  • Reviewing and analyzing corporate documents and financial information to inform advice and strategy">
  • Analyzing market trends and economic conditions to deliver high-quality client reports">
  • Engaging directly with high-profile clients to influence and persuade them to complete profitable deals">

Requirements:

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications and experience:

  • ">
  • A professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CFA">
  • At least 10 years' experience in corporate finance M&A role">
  • A recent material track record of new client origination">
  • Strong communication skills and ability to communicate complex issues to clients">
  • Ambitious and self-motivated, with the ability to work as part of a cohesive team">
  • Strong commitment to professionalism and client service excellence">
  • Capital markets experience/knowledge advantageous">
