Roland Forestry Limited T/A Grove Forest is seeking 1 skilled and safety-conscious Timber Harvest Operator to operate logging equipment for the harvesting and transportation of timber. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating machinery such as harvesters, forwarders, or skidders in forest environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Operate timber harvesting equipment safely and efficiently
  2. Fell, process, and load timber as per operational plans
  3. Conduct routine maintenance checks and minor repairs on machinery
  4. Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations
  5. Collaborate with forestry team to meet daily production targets
  6. Maintain accurate logs and reports of harvested timber

Work hours: 39 hours per week

Salary: €18.74 per hour (€38,000 annually)
