Reports To: Managing Director

As the Marketing & Brand Manager at OAKBERRY Ireland, you will lead the creative charge in promoting our brand, ensuring that OAKBERRY stands out in the competitive food and beverage market. Your role will involve crafting compelling marketing campaigns, managing our social media presence, and creating engaging content that resonates with our audience. This role is perfect for a creative individual with a passion for marketing, social media, and building brand awareness.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketing Campaigns

  • Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to boost brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Plan and manage seasonal campaigns, product launches, and promotions in line with OAKBERRY's brand identity.
  • Support with B2B sales growth by building strategic partnerships and promoting OAKBERRY's tailored offerings to businesses.

Social Media Management

  • Oversee all social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn), ensuring consistent brand messaging.
  • Create and schedule engaging content, including posts, reels, and stories, to drive engagement and growth.
  • Monitor analytics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and inform future strategies.

Content Creation

  • Develop high-quality content (graphics, videos, photos) for online and offline use.
  • Collaborate with external creators and influencers to enhance brand visibility.

Community Engagement

  • Interact with OAKBERRY's online community, responding to comments and messages to build customer loyalty.
  • Monitor and address feedback, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Work closely with Store Leads to align in-store promotions with online campaigns.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the Managing Director on marketing performance and insights.

Brand Representation

  • Act as a brand ambassador at events, ensuring OAKBERRY's values are upheld.
  • Coordinate promotional materials and branded merchandise for marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in marketing, social media management, or a similar role, preferably in retail or food service.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and marketing tools.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with a proactive mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects.
