Mediteq Healthcare Solutions is a progressive and ambitious Irish-owned healthcare company specialising in pharmaceuticals, medical devices and registered biocides. We partner with leading global, European & Irish healthcare and pharmaceutical manufacturers to bring our customers the latest and most innovative products and services throughout the island of Ireland.

A position has now become available for a Brand Marketing Manager in our Dublin office. Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and tracking of new marketing programs, developing Mediteq's online presence, developing, and implementing brand strategies, and helping with the organization of events and conferences.

Requirements


• Strong written and verbal communication skills.


• Strong attention to detail.


• Superior organizational and time management skills.


• Knowledge of relevant marketing tools and applications.


• Must have a 3rd level qualification in Business / Marketing and or Science.


• Minimum 1-2 years previous experience in a marketing role is desired.


• Strong understanding of healthcare market dynamics and compliance is desired.


• It is essential for the candidate to be focussed, engaged, motivated and a team player.


• Must be adaptable to meet the needs of a dynamic, growth focused company.

Responsibilities


• Developing and implementing brand strategies; this includes defining the brand's vision, mission, values, and target audience.


• Managing brand identity; ensuring consistent messaging and visual elements across all touchpoints with specific focus on new products.


• Developing and executing marketing campaigns; this includes advertising, social media and content marketing.


• Manage the development of marketing material; ensuring regulatory compliance and scientific accuracy.


• Conducting marketing research and analysis; Understanding customer behaviour, trends and competitor activity.


• Develop and maintain an online presence; manage SEO optimization and opportunities for eCommerce progression.


• Write and edit content for different platforms such as social media, website, and press releases.


• Organise and coordinate marketing events such as conferences, webinars, and trade shows.
