Our client, a leading global firm, is looking to recruit an Employer Brand Manager to join their high-performing team known for delivering innovative campaigns that set the standard in employer branding. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of shaping how the company is seen by potential candidates, driving brand awareness, and ensuring a diverse pipeline of talent across all areas of the business.

Day to day duties:

1. Developing and implementing employer brand strategies to enhance visibility and attract top talent.
2. Creating and managing innovative recruitment marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media.
3. Owning student marketing initiatives, ensuring our website and outreach activities are optimised for candidates.
4. Partnering with key internal teams such as Talent, Creative, and Brand Marketing to maintain a strong and consistent presence in the market.
5. Collaborating with external agencies, job boards, and event sponsors to maximise our brand's reach.
6. Using data and market insights to refine strategies and ensure we remain ahead of trends.

What We're Looking For:

1. Experience in employer branding, marketing, or recruitment marketing.
2. Strong project management skills – you can juggle multiple campaigns and priorities with ease.
3. A track record of building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
4. Leadership experience – whether managing campaigns, budgets, or mentoring team members.
5. Commercial awareness – an ability to track and report on brand performance and marketing effectiveness.
6. Resilience and adaptability – you thrive in a dynamic environment and embrace change.
