Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Communications Manager to join our global retail brand team in Dublin.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving communications and brand awareness, developing and executing communications plans that support our key categories and sustainability initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communications Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive communications plans to drive business outcomes and achieve agreed targets.
  • Partnership Development: Foster and manage strategic partnerships with suppliers, stakeholders, and other external partners to enhance our reputation and deliver business value.
  • Sustainability Leadership: Influence external and internal perceptions of our sustainability presence through effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Event Management: Plan and execute all events, including internal and external conferences, workshops, and store promotions, ensuring seamless delivery and high-quality experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A graduate degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of marketing/communications experience managing a portfolio of brands, preferably in a global retail environment.
  • Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix, with expertise in digital marketing channels.
  • Proven ability to project manage complex projects, prioritize tasks, and deliver results under pressure.
