Grow with us as Senior Manager for Partnerships & Promotions on the iconic Pringles brand.
In partnership with the Pringles Brand Teams, you will define and deliver promotional campaigns, leveraging key passion spaces and strategic brand partnerships, to disrupt in-store and strengthen the Pringles portfolio.
Reporting to the Marketing Director Consumer & Shopper Experience for Pringles Europe and working with the European Marketing team, you will play a key role in overseeing executional implementation of our European plans for the Salty Snacks category across 39+ European markets.
Lead with us as you collaborate and lead a diverse group of individuals from brand, external agencies, communications, sales, brand design operations, supply chain, finance and other cross functional partners.
A Taste of What You'll Be Doing
Work closely with the Marketing Director of Consumer & Shopper Experience to design and execute world-class, disruptive promotions and partnerships that support the wider business objectives.
Team management, coaching and mentoring direct reports to ensure your team are equipped to execute plans on time with excellence
Developing and leading compelling briefs to key agency partners
Ongoing relationship management with key agency partners, steering with a strong marketing judgement and overseeing the delivery of creative and operational excellence
Influencing senior stakeholders across the region with impactful storytelling
Manage day-to-day project requirements including budget management, collaborating with all key European Kellanova departments and local activation teams to ensure delivery of promotional initiatives
Manage and oversee day to day involvement of external suppliers in relation to activation projects to ensure all necessary goods and services are delivered to plan and budget
Overseeing the project approvals process ensuring alignment with all key project areas such as Legal, Quality, Corporate Communications, Consumer Services, Digital and Premia.
We're Looking for Someone With
Strong strategy activation and compelling brand storytelling capabilities
Excellent attention to detail and experience in project management with proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with strong negotiation experience and capabilities
Evidence of brilliant execution of plans, engaging and orchestrating cross functional and cross-agency teams to ensure project KPI's are met on time and on budget
Demonstrable experience managing project budgets/ trackers
A determined attitude, especially when it comes to creating brilliant brand experiences for our consumers
Comfortable working within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial and matrixed environment
