Brand Partnership and Promotion Manager

The Partnerships and Promotions Assistant Brand Manager role plays a pivotal part in the implementation of multi-brand consumer on-pack promotion campaigns across European markets.
This position works closely with the Senior Brand Manager to ensure that promotions are executed efficiently, effectively, and in line with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive internal alignment and facilitate smooth project execution.
- Manage project budgets and maintain transparency with Finance regarding any changes or adjustments.
- Enhance internal engagement of on-pack consumer promotions through effective communication with key stakeholders and organizing engaging events.
Success in this position requires strong influencing skills, experience in project management, and expertise in marketing or retail within an FMCG environment. A degree-level education or equivalent is necessary, along with a solid understanding of European markets.
