Assistant Brand Manager Promotions and Partnerships

Assistant Brand Manager Promotions and Partnerships – 12-month fixed-term contract, hybrid model, EUHQ in Dublin. Reporting to the Partnerships & Promotions Senior Brand Manager and working with the European Marketing team, you will manage the execution of multi-brand on-pack promotion campaigns across up to 25 European markets.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Partnerships & Promotions Senior Brand Manager to deliver activations into markets; support the execution of on-pack consumer promotions across Kellogg Europe.
- Compliance: ensure promotions are legally compliant, on time, on budget, and aligned with wider business objectives. Manage promotional terms and conditions, FAQs, tax and other checks required for delivery.
- Project Management: manage day-to-day project requirements, collaborate with key European Kellogg departments and local activation teams, and administer involvement of external suppliers. Brief agencies and manage agency relationships.
- Budgets: manage project budgets and track changes with Finance and the Partnerships & Promotions Senior Brand Manager, ensuring accounting policies are followed.
- Engagement: drive internal engagement by presenting to stakeholders, creating internal events to boost visibility, and maintaining central project documents and SKU lists for clarity.
- Educated to degree level or equivalent (Marketing subject preferred).
- Strong influencing skills to drive internal alignment with cross-functional stakeholders across European local markets.
- Experience in project management with proven ability to handle multiple projects and priorities with attention to detail.
- Marketing, shopper or retail experience in an FMCG environment, particularly with multi-national markets.
