About the Role
As we continue to expand our services to meet the needs of those we care for, we currently have several opportunities within our Orchard Residential Care division across Co. Roscommon for full-time, part-time, and relief Social Care Workers.
We are seeking applications from enthusiastic social care workers passionate about supporting young people who are unable to live with their families and are referred to our service by Tusla. These positions are ideal for those who enjoy working in a team and want to make a difference in the lives of children and young people who have experienced trauma in their early years. You will receive extensive training in our care model and will have access to a multidisciplinary team providing therapeutic support to the young people.
Working on a shift rota, you will engage in daily activities and routines of the service, providing dedicated direct support to the people we care for, as well as contributing to their development, health, and wellbeing.
Essential Requirements:- Candidates must hold a qualification at Level 7 or above that qualifies them to be registered as a Social Care Worker with CORU.
- Full manual driving license with eligibility to drive in Ireland.
