Social Care Worker

Cpl Healthcare is currently seeking Social Care Professionals to join a reputable service in Roscommon to supporting young people in a residential service. We require residential Social Care Workers to provide high quality care to the young people, promoting independence and person-centred planning, contributing to the day to day running of the service.
A successful candidate will have:
A minimum Level 7 Qualification in Social Care or a relevant areaClear understanding of person-centred care and keyworkingUnderstanding and experience of risk assessments and safeguarding of young people in careWorking Knowledge of HIQA policies and proceduresWorking knowledge of Children's First guidelines and proceduresFull Clean Manual Driving LicenseSuccessful candidates will have an opportunity for professional growth and to be a part of an energetic and hard-working team who provide an emotionally and psychologically safe place in which young people can heal, develop and move forward with their lives.
