We are currently recruiting for an experienced Accommodation Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should be highly motivated with excellent experience, dedicated to delivering exceptional guest care at Mullingar Park Hotel.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Previous leadership experience in a 4-star quality-focused hotel
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written
  • Proven track record of driving standards in a similar role
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • A hands-on approach

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain high standards of housekeeping
  • Collaborate with front office to ensure accurate room status communication
  • Communicate maintenance requests clearly to the Maintenance Team
  • Handle guest requests professionally and promptly
  • Keep office, linen room, storage rooms, and trolleys tidy
  • Check rooms for cleanliness and report maintenance issues
  • Manage guest property procedures
  • Conduct inventories of linen, supplies, and equipment
  • Order and receive supplies to maintain inventory levels
  • Oversee public areas and reception maintenance
