Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Shannon for a Machine Operator with surface grinding experience for a 3 cycle shift. The Machine Operator will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of machinery, performing quality control checks, and maintaining machinery and hand tools. The role involves timely communication with the team to ensure smooth operational workflows and adherence to safety protocols.

Qualifications


  • Experience in Machine Operation and handling Machinery
  • Proficiency in Quality Control processes and use of Hand Tools
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Previous experience in a similar role, especially within precision engineering or medical device manufacturing, is advantageous
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Commitment to safety and adherence to operational protocols
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications is a plus
