Core Responsibilities:

  • Selling and valuing used cars
  • Delivering exceptional customer service
  • Qualifying customers' needs and data capture
  • Maintaining strong product knowledge on the new car market
  • Meeting sales targets consistently
  • Prospecting using existing customer database
  • Being familiar with the finance process
  • Ensuring all handover documentation is prepared and accurate
  • Keeping up to date on product details and price changes
  • Following the internal sales process

Key Competencies:

  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Car sales experience is essential
  • Driven and ambitious in meeting targets monthly
  • Strong communication skills with customers and colleagues
  • Full clean Irish Driver's licence
  • Franchise experience is desirable
  • Minimum 3 years' car sales experience with a dealer
