About You

We are looking for a Store Manager to join our DV8 Charleville store for maternity cover. You should be passionate about our customers, people, and products. Your approach should inspire others, creating a positive working atmosphere and team spirit. While retail experience is preferred, we will consider relevant experience from other fields. You should be a great communicator, capable of leading and coaching a high-performing team and effectively managing people issues.

About the Role

The safety of our team and customers is our top priority. All team members must adhere to safety guidelines at all times. You will be supported by the Area Manager, who will guide you in managing the store successfully.

To be a successful Store Manager at DV8, you will:

  • Lead and inspire your team to excel
  • Set an example by delivering excellent customer service, achieving performance targets, and maintaining accurate stock processes
  • Generate innovative ideas to advance your store
  • Identify opportunities for growth and add value to the brand
  • Ensure store security by following procedures and managing keyholding responsibilities
