Store Leadership Opportunity

Location: Mallow, Cork

We are seeking an experienced retail leader to manage our busy store in Mallow. The ideal candidate will have a customer-focused approach and a track record of achieving sales targets and operational excellence.

The successful candidate will oversee the daily operations of the store, including staff supervision, stock control, and inventory management. They will also lead and motivate a team to provide excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of store operations
  • Lead and motivate a team to deliver high-quality customer service
  • Oversee stock control, ordering, and inventory management
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and profitability
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years` experience in a dynamic retail management position
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed
