Sky Staffing Solutions is hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Fast Food Restaurant Manager in Co. Kildare. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced manager to lead the operations of a busy fast food outlet, driving team performance, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fast food or quick-service management, excellent leadership skills, and a results-driven attitude.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations, ensuring excellent service and food quality
  • Lead, train, and manage a team of supervisors and front-line staff
  • Ensure all health & safety, food hygiene, and HACCP regulations are met
  • Manage inventory, stock orders, and supplier relations
  • Drive sales and performance through customer service, promotions, and team engagement
  • Handle staff scheduling, payroll inputs, and performance management
  • Respond professionally to customer feedback and complaints
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation across the entire premises
  • Report on business performance and support regional management as needed
Candidate Requirements:
  • Proven experience in managing a fast food or quick-service restaurant
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities
  • Ability to manage operations in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in stock control, rotas, and budgeting
