Job Description:

Our client is seeking a reliable and energetic Fast Food Restaurant Supervisor to support daily operations at a busy food outlet within a luxury hospitality setting in Co. Kildare. This role requires hands-on supervision, strong customer service, and leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day front-of-house operations in a fast food setting
  • Supervise staff and ensure high standards of service, cleanliness, and food quality
  • Train and support new team members
  • Handle customer queries and resolve service issues promptly
  • Assist with stock control, cash handling, and end-of-day reporting
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar supervisory role in fast food, quick-service restaurants, or hospitality
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities
  • Ability to work efficiently during peak hours
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
