We seek an individual who is attentive, reliable, energetic, punctual, and knowledgeable about current fashion trends and styling clients.

KNOW THE ROLE

Our Brown Thomas Grafton Street store is looking for a full-time Sales Consultant to join our team on a permanent contract (37.5 hours per week).

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Becoming a brand ambassador and embracing the Selling Ceremony
  • Driving sales through exceptional customer service and effective sales techniques from start to close
  • Meeting store KPIs and contributing to ZV objectives
  • Building customer loyalty and managing customer relationships
  • Communicating effectively and efficiently
  • Gaining knowledge of the collection and iconic pieces of the brand
  • Following company policies and procedures
  • Maintaining stock replenishment, processing deliveries, and following up on stock transfers
  • Ensuring the store environment reflects luxury standards, keeping the shop floor and stock room clean and tidy
  • Adhering to health and safety guidelines
  • Having at least 1 year of luxury fashion retail experience

  • Ability to welcome and assist customers throughout the sales process, focusing on delivering an exceptional customer experience
