The Accounts Receivable Manager role is primarily responsible for managing the administration of aviation revenue including the billing and collection of rent and maintenance reserve receivables.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the preparation and issuance of invoices for rental, maintenance reserves, and other charges.
  • Generate and present financial reports as required by management.
  • Work closely with internal teams to track and document customer account activities.
  • Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts receivable and bank statements to maintain financial integrity.
  • Oversee the processing of incoming payments, ensuring timely and accurate recording in financial systems.
  • Keep customer contact records up to date to facilitate effective communication.
  • Communicate with customers to resolve outstanding balances and address invoicing concerns.
Experience & Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in handling financial transactions and reconciling accounts.
  • Previous experience in an accounts receivable or finance-related role, ideally within a fast-paced multinational environment or aviation sector.
  • Experience working with accounting software
Skills & Attributes:
  • Strong work ethic with ability to work under tight deadlines and flexibility to work different hours
  • Excellent time-management skills and ability to work on more than one project at a time
  • Self-starter using own initiative and team player
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly numerate and with attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
  • Ability to assist and support others and cope well under pressure

Compensation: A competitive compensation package, including base salary and performance-related bonus, will be offered based on experience.
