Duty Manager

Brooks Hotel, a newly renovated Four Star Boutique Hotel located on Drury Street just a few minutes from Grafton Street, seeks a full time Duty Manager. The hotel operates at the higher end of the four star market, enjoying a great location in the city centre.

This is a varied role offering a great challenge for someone who wants to progress within the industry. Brooks Hotel is a member of 'Small Luxury Hotels of the World' and caters for discerning guests who expect high standards. • Responsible for the overall daily running of the operation to high four star standards whilst on duty management shift which includes late and early shifts.
• Ensuring control, procedures and systems are improved and maintained throughout the hotel to ensure the smooth running of the hotel on a daily basis.
• Motivate and coach the team to ensure high four star standards are maintained and support them when needed.
• Correspond and communicate with guests showing a high level of competence in letter/email writing.
• Welcome guests to the hotel and ensure their stay is a positive experience.
• Oversee team and assist them when necessary on the floor.
