General Purpose:

We are seeking a QA Engineer to design, develop, and maintain a Selenium-based test automation framework that supports Salesforce, ServiceNow, and other enterprise applications across our cloud and on-premise environments. Reporting to the QA Manager, this role will be instrumental in expanding automation coverage, improving testing efficiency, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions. The QA Engineer will collaborate with development, DevOps, and project teams to integrate automated testing into our CI/CD processes, providing a reliable and scalable QA function across the organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain a Selenium-based test automation framework for regression, functional, and integration testing.
  • Create and execute automated test scripts for Salesforce, ServiceNow, and other enterprise applications.
  • Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines, ensuring reliable test coverage for each release.
  • Collaborate with the QA Manager to align automation initiatives with QA strategy and best practices.
  • Maintain test documentation, including test cases, plans, and results.
  • Identify and track defects, working with developers and project teams to ensure timely resolution.
  • Participate in continuous improvement efforts, optimizing test coverage and automation processes.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology, or equivalent work experience.
  • 3–5 years of experience in QA or Test Automation roles.
  • Proven experience with Selenium and building automated test scripts.
  • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, testing strategies, and automation best practices.
  • Experience testing SaaS applications, particularly Salesforce and ServiceNow.
  • Proficiency in at least one scripting or programming language (Python, Java, or JavaScript).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (Git).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a multi-platform environment.

Other Qualifications:
  • Experience with API testing (Postman, REST Assured) and performance testing.
  • Exposure to cloud infrastructure environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Experience with test management tools such as Jira, TestRail, or Zephyr.
