Summary

Capcon Engineering Ltd is a market leader in the design, installation, and maintenance of advanced rainwater drainage systems for high-tech and large-scale commercial projects across the globe.

As part of our continued growth and to further build out our Maintenance Division, we are now seeking a Service Sales Manager to lead and expand this key business area across Ireland and the UK.

About the Role

Reporting directly to our Operations Director, you'll be responsible for originating maintenance opportunities from:

·Past Capcon projects

·Projects not originally completed by Capcon

This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who can build a team, develop systems and processes, and drive business growth through direct client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

·Overseeing Service, Sales & Maintenance Operations

·Proactively identify and develop maintenance opportunities from Capcon's historic and external project base

·Manage and deliver reactive and planned maintenance contracts across multiple sectors

·Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing maintenance team

·Carry out on-site inspections, diagnosis, and minor remedial works where required

·Prepare proposals and service agreements for new and existing clients

·Conract management, service delivery & reporting

·Liaise with internal Capcon teams, contractors, and clients to ensure service excellence

·Ensure all work is compliant with industry regulations and Capcon's quality standards

What We're Looking For:

·Proven experience in a similar maintenance leadership role in construction, M&E, or building services

·Commercially minded with a strong ability to generate and close business opportunities

·Technically sound and capable of performing hands-on duties when needed

·Excellent interpersonal and client management skills

·Organised, self-motivated, and results-driven

·Willingness to travel across Ireland and the UK as projects require
