We have 8 showrooms at Airside near Swords, 4 at Navan Road, and a Bray dealership, providing options for candidates. We are expanding and seeking positive and motivated individuals to join our Aftersales team at our Bray dealership. We look for customer-focused individuals who aim to deliver an outstanding service experience.

Role Overview

As a Bright Service Advisor, you will be joining a team recognised for providing outstanding customer service. The Service team ensures that high quality industry standards are maintained and that our customers' expectations are always met. The goal is to provide you with the skills and knowledge to deliver outstanding service.

Role Responsibilities
  • Be the first and last point of contact with service customers
  • Take customer bookings and schedule services and repairs
  • Communicate customers' work and faults to vehicle technicians
  • Handle customer complaints
  • Provide advice on vehicle care, warranty retention, and warranty claims
  • Sales/advice for accessories and modifications
  • Collate information for CSI
  • Take orders from customers face to face and over the phone
  • Maintain an ordered stock room and locate parts
  • Raise invoices
  • Liaise with other staff
  • Advise on accessories and modifications
  • Handle warranty claims and returns
What We Are Looking For
  • Experience as a Service Advisor in the motor industry (essential)
  • Excellent customer service skills, professional appearance and work ethic
  • Demonstrable ability to meet and exceed targets
  • IT literate, including Microsoft Office
  • Self-motivated and able to manage own workload
  • Highly organized and focused
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent numerical skills
  • Full driving licence
