Job title: French Customer Support Representative

Location: Cork

Start Date: Mid – July

Salary: 29k – 30k + performance bonus + benefits

Benefits: Healthcare, tax saver/ cycle to work and fitness scheme, relocation assistance if based outside IE, free parking, and more.

Hours: Regular Day hours, Monday – Sunday, flexibility needed. Fully on-site.

Abrivia Recruitment has an exciting opportunity for a French-speaking Customer Support Representative.

In this role, you will be a pivotal part of our client's customer support team. Your day-to-day activities will include addressing customer inquiries, solving problems, and providing exceptional service through email, chat, and occasional phone interactions. You'll play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and improving their overall experience with the client's services.
