Overview

Uniphar are currently proceeding with an ambitious, multi-year IT transformation program and are seeking to add to the existing team. We are looking for a solution-focused PMO Graduate to join our 2-year Graduate Development Programme. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start their career in a fast-paced and growing company. This is a two-year fixed-term contract: 01/09/2025 – 31/08/2027.

Responsibilities
  • Participate in rotational assignments, working with different Project Managers across Uniphar Group.
  • Contribute to real-world projects that align with Uniphar's goals and strategies.
  • Assist with PMO activities and governance under supervision.
What You'll Need To Succeed / Qualifications
  • Recent graduates with a minimum of a 2.1 bachelor's degree in Technology, Business & Project Management.
  • Technical and commercial acumen.
  • Desire to pursue a career in Project Management.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken). Additional language skills are an advantage.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to the team's success.
  • Commercial thinking to help deliver customer-centric solutions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
