Job Description

In this role, you would be responsible for managing all site elements of the project for King and Moffatt, ensuring full project deliverables are achieved.

What You Would Do
  • On-site delivery and compliance of EHSQ, Toolbox talks, RAMS, PPE, etc.
  • Ensure all relevant permits are in place.
  • Coordinate plant hire, tools, and labour on-site.
  • Direct and train apprentices to manage deliveries and daily checks.
  • Oversee and manage labour, site supervisors, and subcontractors.
  • Execute commissioning and close-out plans.
  • Ensure closure of snag lists.
  • Manage labour tracker.
  • Attend internal K&M team planning meetings.
  • Manage external correspondence.
  • Order daily site materials.
  • Update progress reports.
  • Maintain K&M Document Management System.
  • Develop project-specific schedules.
  • Communicate changes to the project team.
  • Monitor and report on project quality.
  • Oversee testing, certification, and handover.
  • Comply with all EHSQ policies and procedures.
Qualifications
  • Qualified Electrician
  • Experience as a Site Manager or similar role
  • SMSTS or SSSTS certification
  • Experience in team management and leadership
  • Project management experience is a plus
  • Proficient in computer skills with strong interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Up-to-date manual handling and safe pass certification
