Responsibilities
  • Blow away retail targets - total sales, units per transaction, and total products sold.
  • Be the Shoe Guru - act as the official shoe ambassador and help achieve departmental greatness.
  • Rock the Brand - embody Skechers' style and standards while following training guidelines.
  • Deliver Amazing Customer Service - provide top-notch assistance to make every shopper's day.
  • Upsell like a Pro - sell shoes plus accessories and apparel, making it cool.
  • Know Your Stuff - maintain strong product knowledge.
  • Team Up - collaborate with back-of-house crew and management to ensure the right fit for customers.
  • Share the Love - spread knowledge and product know-how with the sales team for a memorable shopping experience.
  • Build Loyal Fans - engage with customers to create loyal Skechers enthusiasts.
  • Keep It Fresh - keep the sales floor stocked and looking sharp all day, every day.
  • Show Them Off - display shoes like works of art to boost sales and streamline deliveries.
  • Be Front and Centre - be the star on the sales floor, especially during peak hours.
