Sales Representative / Business Development role

Dublin / Leinster (hybrid working)

€Neg DOE, plus uncapped Commission, fully expensed transport, phone, laptop etc

Introduction:

ICDS Constructors Ltd are one of the larger Recruitment Agencies and Trades/Labour Suppliers in Ireland, also with operations in other countries such as UK, Holland, Germany and Scandinavia. We have been in operation for almost 50yrs and have an excellent reputation in the industry.

Due to increased activity and confidence in the construction industry, we are looking for a Sales Representative to help promote the company to new clients, and develop our business and market share.

Responsibilities:

  • To promote and develop the Company's core business of providing semi skilled / skilled labour and tradespeople to clients in the construction industry in Ireland
  • Daily visiting of the construction sites of our existing and potential new clients in Leinster in order maintain and establish relationships
  • Contacting of clients via phone where calling to site frequently is difficult due to location etc
  • Supporting ICDS's common goals by working with your team members, and pro-actively participating / delivering on commitments made to clients
  • Plan site visits maximizing the efficiency of your time spent on the road
    • To enrich your team members' knowledge base with sales information, collected from the field
    • Work in a dynamic environment with quick turnaround times and tight deadlines

Experience:

  • Some sales experience would be required, and knowledge of the construction industry, construction companies, large prestigious projects etc

  • Some IT literacy
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Self-Motivated
  • Team Player
  • Full Driving License

Remuneration:

  • You will receive a competitive base salary coupled with commission, which is uncapped.
