The Hyatt Centric is delighted to invite experienced applicants for the position of Full-Time Food and Beverage Assistant.

This is Ireland's first Hyatt Hotel. Adjacent to St Patrick's Cathedral, this 234 bedroom 4 Star property will include restaurant, bar, meeting and event facilities and fitness centre. Working within the highly respected Hodson Bay Group, and with the impressive support of the Hyatt Partnership, explore this exciting journey with us in introducing and establishing the Hyatt Centric, The Liberties Dublin, as a leading hotel in the Capital.

Role responsibilities include:

  • Greet customers in a warm and welcoming manner and provide a positive dining experience
  • Take and serve orders accurately and efficiently
  • Ensure tables are clean and set up correctly prior to service
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining areas
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
  • Attend meetings and training sessions as required
  • Actively seek feedback from customers
  • Process payments and handle cash transactions
  • Support colleagues in delivering exceptional service
  • Follow all health and safety regulations
  • Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and appearance
Requirements:
  • Eligible & available to work full time or part-time
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Have a passion for and genuine interest in customer service
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Eager to learn and progress
  • Be able to work under pressure in a busy environment
