Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager and the Operations Manager, the Food and Beverage Assistant will provide friendly and efficient service to hotel guests.

Your Job:
Greet and serve regular guests by name whenever possible
Maintain good knowledge of food and wine; make recommendations
Be friendly, courteous, and professional at all times
Upsell and maximize sales revenue whenever possible
Ensure general cleanliness of the bar and restaurant
Serve guests with food and beverages
What You'll Need:
Previous experience is essential
Flexibility in working hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
Experience in a high-volume or fast-paced environment
Fluent English and excellent communication skills
Micros experience is preferable
Experience in a hotel is preferable
