Food & Beverage Assistant

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager and the Operations Manager, the Food and Beverage Assistant will provide friendly and efficient service to hotel guests.

Your Job:

  • Greet and recognize regular guests by name.
  • Have good knowledge of food and wine; make recommendations.
  • Be friendly, courteous, and professional always.
  • Upsell to maximize sales revenue.
  • Maintain cleanliness of bar and restaurant areas.
  • Serve food and beverages to guests.

What You'll Need:

  • Previous experience is essential.
  • Flexibility in working hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
  • Experience in a high-volume/fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
  • Experience with Micros system is preferable.
  • Experience in a hotel setting is preferable.
