Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager and the Operations Manager, the Food and Beverage Assistant will provide friendly and efficient service to hotel guests.

Your Job:
Greet and recognize regular guests by name.
Have good knowledge of food and wine; make recommendations.
Be friendly, courteous, and professional always.
Upsell to maximize sales revenue.
Maintain cleanliness of bar and restaurant areas.
Serve food and beverages to guests.
What You'll Need:
Previous experience is essential.
Flexibility in working hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
Experience in a high-volume/fast-paced environment.
Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
Experience with Micros system is preferable.
Experience in a hotel setting is preferable.
