We need your service mindset at the Best in Pests. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will help customers with your service drive, organizational skills, and commitment to accuracy in a fast-paced environment. You'll have opportunities for growth, benefits, and training to succeed, even without prior industry experience.

**Responsibilities**

  • Answer calls, schedule, confirm, and follow up on service appointments.
  • Navigate systems to track routes and optimize schedules; training provided.
  • Schedule appointments efficiently, minimizing drive time.
  • Identify customer concerns and evaluate needs using active listening.
  • Maintain accurate customer data and reschedule unserviced accounts within 24 hours.
  • Participate in quality assurance initiatives.
